Sales Receipts

The following Steps describes you how to receive and manage payments.

  • Go to the Sales Part of Billing.
  • Clicking on Sales Receipts leads you to Tax Invoice Receipts List as shown in figure below.

 

  • You can search particular receipt by filling bill number.
  • And also by selecting outlets and customer within selected time periods.
  • One can get it in Excel form.
  • One can print particular sales receipts and can send email by clicking on and button respectively.
  • To Receive Money by clicking on which shows you the list of pending & partial payment click on drop down and click on

else Close.

  • Clicking on shows you list of Customers need to receive money and can print that particular invoice.
  • To receive payment, click on Pay and to print Click on Print.
  • Clicking on will give a list of customers needed to follow up.
  • On follow up page you can search according to selected date and bill numbers and to receive money click on Receipts Else Close.
